Final decisions regarding immigration, tax, and corporate matters rest with the relevant Paraguayan authorities.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when requesting our services. You are responsible for ensuring that any documents you submit are genuine and valid. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, denial of applications, or termination of services without refund for work already performed.
Fees and Payment
Our fee structure is tied to actual progress and deliverables. Specific fees will be communicated and agreed upon before any work begins. We do not charge upfront fees without a clear scope of work. Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be detailed in the individual service agreement provided to each client.
No Guarantees on Outcomes
While we leverage our expertise and local network to maximize the likelihood of a successful outcome, we cannot guarantee the approval of residency applications, tax registrations, or company formations. These decisions are made by Paraguayan government agencies and are subject to their own criteria and procedures.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Personal data and case details are shared only with authorized professionals involved in delivering your services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose client information to unrelated third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Paraguay Access shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by government processing times, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Paraguay Access and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. If you terminate services after work has begun, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. We reserve the right to discontinue services if terms are violated or if the client provides false information.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any disputes arising from these terms or related services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Asuncion, Paraguay.
